mortgage lender denied fha loan in austin tx due to crawl space moisture
"we're under contract for a 1974 pier-and-beam home in south austin. FHA appraiser flagged crawl space moisture and mold on the subfloor joists. loan is suspended. can the seller fix this before our rate lock expires?"
